Our client is a European PE backed International business seeking support for their Group CFO in the impending Euronext listing.

The role will be leading the listing project and preparing the group in terms of technical and procedural processes and due diligence. Essential to this role is previous experience of leading a Euronext listing project as well as ideally advising from a big 4 capacity and seeing the project from both sides of the fence.

This is a challenging and high profile role and would suit either a Divisional Financial Director or a seasoned Group FC used to getting their hands dirty and leading a listing as well as managing the various advisors and legal / banking teams from a finance perspective.

• Ideally the successful candidate will be big 4 trained with an International career profile and a Finance leadership role in a multinational business.
• This role can be based in your home office to suit but will require some travel should Covid 19 restrictions allow. Excellent rates of pay and expenses paid for the right candidate as well as an opportunity to show case your project management skills to this acquisitive PE house.
• This is role is offered on a 3 month rolling contract - likely duration 6 months.

1000 – 1500 euros per day plus expenses

Remote working based anywhere in Europe plus travel.
