Ann Radford 

Ann started in recruitment at the age of 21 having graduated from Oxford University, and quickly become a top performer for RH International in London. With over 25 years in the market she is never happier than when working with clients and candidates. She founded AD IDEM Consulting in 2016 and launched AD EXEC International a year later in response to her clients’ requests for speed to market interims and an alternative to the slower, protracted permanent retained searches offered by some of the traditional players in the market.

Having built her reputation among Senior Management within SMEs and Private Equity clients, as well as internationally listed organisations across all hierarchical levels of finance and project management, clients now reach out to Ann when they or their portfolio companies require specialist interim talent. At pre and post deal pain points she provides them with C-Suite professionals to support their business objectives from both a finance and transformation perspective.

Armed with an enviable network of clients and candidates, she has the ability to intuitively match individuals to roles with a comprehensive understanding of the brief process, shortlisting the most suitable candidates and taking the mandate through to completion.

Ann’s hands-on approach to recruitment is consultative and she understands that not only is experience important to a role, the culture and personality fit are equally as vital and can often mark the difference between success and failure.

Her raison d’être is to make the recruitment process fun and hassle-free. She will always give an honest answer and maintain an open dialogue with clients and candidates, some of whom have been with her for many years.

Ann is a serial entrepreneur and has seen her businesses grow exponentially in the last 4 years. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her partner. As a family they support their girls in their passions of swimming and cricket and enjoy travelling the world when vacation calls for a break from the world of recruitment.

Sam joined the Ad Idem Group in 2017, having spent 10 years within international sales working with clients across Europe, Asia and the Americas within varying business sectors from finance and insurance to media and advertising. 

His natural ability to build and develop relationships quickly served him well within the world of recruitment, where he came up through the ranks, quickly working his way up from Candidate Manager to Executive Headhunter within 3 years.

In his time with the company he has supported clients across all Group entities to include finance & accounting, investment management, executive search and private equity. and he has a proven ability to learn and adapt to new environments, quickly developing an understanding for the differences within each market of operation, making him a key asset to all areas of the business.

When Sam is not working, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family or can be found playing cricket, golf, or watching either Chelsea or Saracens with his girlfriend.
